There is currently little benefit in staying single-classed. To make single-class builds more interesting, we could add extra benefits to base classes, gained at level 40. For example:
* Barbarian(tireless rage): Restores one use of rage every 10 rounds (up to daily max), and temporary hitpoints granted are doubled (160->320 with mighty rage). * Bard(virtuoso): Bard song grants double temporary hitpoints, +1 to all other bard song effects (and dito for curse song). * Cleric(chosen): Heal self and nearby allies by 5% of their maximum health each round. * Druid(shaman): Summoned creatures & animal companion gain some (?) bonuses based on the druid's wisdom modifier. * Fighter(diehard): 10% immunity to physical damage * Monk(uncanny dodge): gain uncanny dodge as bonus feat * Paladin(crusader): Restore one use of smite evil every 10 rounds (up to daily max) * Ranger(warden): +1 attack while dual-wielding or using a bow * Rogue(bleeding strike): sneak attacks add bleed effect (damage = #sneak attack dice for 2 rounds, negated by fort save DC 30 + Dex) * Sorcer(wilder): +2 spell slots of each level * Wizard(archmage): add Int modifier to SR checks, +2 to all spell DCs
